Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, or 63/65 with plan to complete missing within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of products and services.
• At least one year in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals; build relationships; collaborate with others.
• Strong communication and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals and build a financial plan using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
