Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses with potential 63/65 substitution as per role requirements.
• Requires at least 1 year in investments and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with targets.
• Demonstrates goal-setting, relationship-building, and proactive client engagement.
• Maintains effective communication and navigation of a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
