Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66 accepted).
• At least 1 year experience in investments and financial services.
• Experience in a sales environment with targets.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Strong communication and regulatory due diligence.
• Ability to manage goals and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
