Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and client engagement at all levels.
• Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete required licenses and trainings including SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on client needs.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals and center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and products.
