Bank of America is seeking a licensed financial professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. The role involves triaging leads, referrals to partners, and building financial plans with brokerage products.

You will review goals with clients, discuss banking and investment strategies, and meet regulatory due diligence requirements. This position may require mortgage originations and SAFE Act registration, with background

Competenze

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever one sets their mind to.
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships.
• Collaborates effectively with others to get things done.
• Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.

• Thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

• Works with clients to plan their financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products and banking and money managed solutions.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
