Job summary

You will coordinate with Financial Advisors, ensure accuracy, and help manage planning work while growing your responsibilities.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with the planning team to deliver high-quality client service and scalable planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFP certification in future is possible.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses strongly preferred; fully licensed candidates are preferred.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, paraplanning, financial analysis, or similar role; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and analyses.
• Review planning data for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare meeting notes and client summaries; support client meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist with money movement, account updates, and transaction processing.
• Help bring planning processes in-house as the practice expands.
