Qualifications

• Licensed or pursuing licenses relevant to financial planning (Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; fully licensed candidates preferred).
• Washington Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required with CFP certification path in mind.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors throughout client planning and service processes.
• Attend client meetings and assist with preparation and follow-up.
• Take detailed notes and prepare clear meeting summaries.
• Document client needs, action items, and follow-up responsibilities.
• Coordinate follow-up activities after client meetings to ensure items are completed.
• Help move client recommendations forward with advisors and team.
• Develop understanding of the practice’s financial planning process and service model.
