This multifaceted role combines planning support with client service responsibilities and quality control to ensure accuracy before client delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to review complex information.

Qualifications

Experience in financial planning, wealth management, paraplanning, financial analysis, or similar role.
Experience with financial planning software, forecasts, or comprehensive financial plans.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and development of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and analyses.
Review planning data and outputs to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Assist with client meeting support and follow-up.
Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and action items.
Help bring additional planning work in-house as the practice grows.
Provide quality-control and accuracy across the planning workflow.
