Job summary

The University of Idaho's Kimberly Research & Extension Center in Idaho is seeking a team member to provide complex financial support, handling many daily transactions and reporting tasks. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent listed as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Three years of financial processing within an electronic finance system.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions and maintain records.
• Compile data and generate routine and ad hoc financial reports.
• Purchase goods and services and submit invoices for payment.
• Accept and record payments; process travel claims and reimbursements.
• Track transactions in the centralized financial system and develop reports.
• Provide assistance to departments on invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Serve as departmental grant administrator and assist with pre/post‑award activities.
