Northwell Health is seeking an Analyst to implement and evaluate special projects that support financial and operational goals of a specific field or business unit operation. You will partner with hospital and departmental leadership to assess opportunities for improvement and monitor initiative status.

Under mentorship, you will define project scope, gather data, develop tools and metrics, and prepare executive summaries for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
• Knowledge of a clinical research environment, preferred.
• Some experience in a finance role, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with stakeholders and departments to coordinate major organization-based initiative applications and contract submissions in support of a specific field or business unit operation.
• Partners with management to define project scope, goals, objectives, and timeline; assists with project design and implementation.
• Collaborates with management to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiatives.
• Provides data management support. Collects data for review and analysis. Prepares comparative analysis reports including trending and improvement recommendations for review by senior leadership.
• Produces comprehensive executive summaries and reports; presents data in effective, clear formats tailored to the needs of specific audiences including managers and staff.
