The role involves budgeting, planning, month-end close support, and coordination for audits, with exposure to healthcare-specific accounting and regulatory reporting. Collaboration with IT and finance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• Four years of experience in related fields.
• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial and business analyses for revenue and expense accounts.
• Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends.
• Compiles reports, graphs and charts of data.
• Assists with data entry in budget software and month-end close.
• Supports annual audits and regulatory reporting.
