• Uses data from internal and external sources to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends.
• Collaborates with development teams to design BI solutions.
• Implements initiatives to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.
• Involved in strategic planning; presents insights to leadership with recommendations.
