Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, MN is seeking a Financial Counselor to support patients and families with financial services, insurance requirements, and payment arrangements. About this position

About the Position:
The Financial Services Representative serves as a primary resource for patients, providers, nursing staff, and other departments regarding patient financial services, insurance requirements, account resolution, and payment arrangements. This position is responsible for facilitating financial counseling, financial assistance, insurance notifications, complaint resolution, and revenue cycle support while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with organizational policies and payer requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, insurance, registration, billing, collections, or healthcare financial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
