Job summary

Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, MN is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who collaborates with clinic leadership, providers, nurses and staff to ensure proper staffing and schedule coverage based on patient care and operations. You will create and maintain provider and staff schedules in line with policies and guidelines, demonstrating accountability, good judgment, and clear communication.
