Associa in Bedford, NH is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support our centralized accounting team. The role focuses on accounts receivable/payable and general ledger tasks while delivering excellent client and vendor service.

You will collaborate with Community Managers, auditors and internal departments to prepare reports, analyze data, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of related experience are preferred.

• General knowledge of AR, AP and GL activities.
• Knowledge of audit reports.
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Community Managers to assist with answering financial questions.
• Work with outside auditors to answer questions and provide necessary reports.
• Evaluate, analyze and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
• Other duties as assigned
