Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial planning & analysis, including budget development, forecasting, and performance measurement.
2. Analyze results, monitor variances, and provide management with performance insights and recommendations.
3. Manage weekly financial reporting processes, partnering with field operators.
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, reconcile transactions, and correct data as needed.
5. Create client-facing presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
6. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including audits.
7. Review general ledger and balance sheets, resolve accounting issues.
8. Manage Accounts Receivable, inventory, and cost control procedures.
9. Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/locations, preferably in foodservice or retail industries.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and uphold high ethical standards.
