This job offers a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000, along with a yearly bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Manage weekly financial reports and partner with field operations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, reconcile transactions, and correct data as needed.
• Prepare client-facing reports on financial performance and operational metrics.
• Complete various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and manage audits.
• Review general ledger, balance sheets, and resolve accounting issues.
• Manage accounts receivable, inventory, and cost control procedures.
• Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties and projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or locations.
• Background in foodservice or retail industry preferred; foodservice operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Proficiency with POS, cash, and credit card reports.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills, especially in Excel.
• High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
