Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning & analysis function, including developing annual budgets, forecasts, and performance measurement processes.
2. Analyze results, monitor variances, and identify trends to improve financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
3. Manage the weekly flash process, partnering with field operators and reporting on financial standings.
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, including reconciliations and data corrections.
5. Create client-facing presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
6. Prepare and manage financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, audits, and report distribution.
7. Review general ledger and balance sheets, resolve accounting issues, and manage accounts receivable and inventory controls.
8. Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties and projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/locations, preferably in foodservice or retail industries.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Experience with POS, cash, and credit card reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
