Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning & analysis function, including developing annual budgets, forecasts, and performance measurement processes.
- Analyze results, monitor variances, and identify trends to improve financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
- Manage the weekly flash process, partnering with field operators and reporting on financial standings.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, including reconciliations and data corrections.
- Create client-facing presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, audits, and report distribution.
- Review general ledger and balance sheets, resolve accounting issues, and manage accounts receivable and inventory controls.
- Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- At least two years’ experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
- Experience managing multiple accounts/locations, preferably in foodservice or retail industries.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
- Experience with POS, cash, and credit card reports.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
