Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a results-driven Controller with managerial experience to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead the month-end close in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop accounting staff, partner with operations and executive leadership on budgeting and financial planning, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Tax services experiences is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
