Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions – AR/AP, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory costing, and P&L analysis.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Implement process improvements and evaluate accounting software efficiency.
• Partner with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Lead, train, and develop the accounting team.

Are you a strategic accounting leader ready to take ownership of a company’s financial operations and drive performance across the organization? Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

As the Controller, you’ll plan and direct the company’s accounting operations, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with operations to enhance performance and ensure all reporting aligns with US GAAP standards.
