Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to join a fast-growth manufacturing environment. The Controller will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliant financial reporting, and lead the close process while developing staff and partnering with leadership on budgeting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Tax services experiences is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting.
