Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or military service in a admin/clerical role.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking and cash handling.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking tools; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
