Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by understanding goals and recommending deposits and other banking products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary customer service while educating customers on deposit products and referring them to other bank areas to deepen connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or military service in a similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
