Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Stevensville, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS. You will act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily totals, and deliver exemplary service while following bank policies.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or military service; a Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking or financial services.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
