Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You’ll retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions with accuracy and exemplary service.

You will educate customers on banking products, collaborate with partners, and follow all security and regulatory requirements while supporting community banking goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related role preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• Explain consumer deposit products and services clearly.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
