Job summary

Axon in the United States seeks an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst to ensure accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and strong internal controls. You will collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and IT to drive analytics and improve reporting in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role supports the rollout of OneStream and requires cross-functional partnership, rigorous analysis, and proactive process improvements. Axon values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience with GL consolidation strongly preferred.
• Analytical with flux/variance analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Experience with consolidation tools; OneStream, HFM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform analytical reviews of operating expenses and explain variances.
• Prepare flux analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet; collaborate with FP&A and partners.
• Support rollout and adoption of OneStream; participate in data validation and process design.
• Record journal entries for consolidations and eliminations; strengthen internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and automation to reduce manual spreadsheets.
• Assist audits with documentation, reconciliations, and analyses.
