Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 years of cash handling and customer service experience in retail or branch banking, or a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience in retail or branch banking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools to locate information.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act is required; employment contingent on clearance.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning operational huddles and coordinate staffing and duties for efficient center operation.
• Guide associates on teller transactions and policy adherence.
• Open/close vaults, Night Depository, and balance Teller operations; resolve cash items and errors.
• Mitigate operational loss by managing vault cash limits and overrides; enforce risk controls.
• Conduct client research and problem-resolution; support risk management culture and dual control procedures.
• Operate and maintain Center equipment (ATM, cash recyclers, currency counters, coin sorters).
• Promote sales and professional lobby management; build client relationships and identify financial needs.
