Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Develop working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, and processes.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage in community activities and uphold ethical standards.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
