Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through memorable service.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes, and resources to lead the team.
• Apply consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop a book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) across channels.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities and adhere to policies and ethics.
