Formación

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Able to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Able to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in onboarding and education program participation.
• Participate in rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more.
• Develop deep customer relationships and provide memorable customer experiences.
• Learn and apply consultative selling to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Understand and implement an integrated book of business strategy with needs assessment.
• Lead and coach team members while fostering a One Bank culture.
