Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years leadership in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment via the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment for ongoing support.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture with partners across the organization.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to conduct policies.
