Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years leadership experience in sales.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing timely, candid feedback and develop employees' potential.
• Lead and coach team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Apply consultative sales process to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, develop, and coach talent to reinforce core values and business strategies.
• Participate in community and cross-bank collaboration initiatives.
