Fifth Third Bank, Fort Myers Financial Center seeks a Financial Center Manager Associate to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. The role prepares candidates for a Financial Center Manager position through hands-on training and mentorship.

Upon successful completion, the FCMA will be placed in a Financial Center.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsabilités

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments for customers.
• Source, coach and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners.
• Participate in community activities.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
