Fifth Third Bank invites you to join the Financial Center Manager Associate program in Naples, Florida. You will participate in a comprehensive onboarding, rotating through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management tracks to build a strong foundation for a future Financial Center Manager role.

During the program you will complete certifications, deepen customer relationships, learn credit analysis, and develop leadership skills while aligning with our One Bank culture

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.

Responsabilités

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Learn Fifth Third products, services, processes and internal resources to guide the team.
• Develop and apply consultative sales processes to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business ensuring FNA for customers and best banker assignment.
• Learn to source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and One Bank culture.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
