Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager in Nashville, TN to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, and Small Business. After training, you’ll assume FCMA responsibilities in a Financial Center, focusing on deepening customer relationships and driving sales performance.

You will gain proficiency in Fifth Third's products, processes, and resources while leading a team and fostering a One Bank culture.

Qualifications

College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capability to analyze credit and financial information.
Ability to coach sales activities and execute the sales process.
Demonstrates business acumen and decision-making ability.
NMLS SAF E Act registration is required at employment (MU4R questions).

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA onboarding roadmap and certification.
Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships through a memorable customer experience.
Build knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, and processes to guide the team.
Lead a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and provide solutions.
Develop an integrated book of business with a proactive support model for customers.
