Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager in Hermitage, TN, to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. After training, the FCMA will lead a Financial Center, grow relationships, and drive performance while following the Bancorp Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships to deliver memorable service.
• Lead, coach and develop a team aligned to One Bank culture and core values.
• Understand and apply Fifth Third's products, processes and resources to guide customer solutions.
