Job summary

Mid Penn Bank in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Financial Center Assistant Manager to lead the office and Sales & Service team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and support customer needs from deposits to loans.

You will drive sales and service performance, mentor staff, and maintain security/controls while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or specialized financial education and training.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS) for residential real estate loans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial center operations and staff.
• Educate staff on policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Assist customers with deposit accounts, loans, and cross-sell products.
• Set and monitor sales and service goals for the office.
• Supervise schedules, work assignments, and performance.
