Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to coach sales activities and make sound decisions.
• Compliance with SAFÉ Act requirements and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding and training coursework.
• Develop Consumer and Small Business relationships and provide a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services and processes to guide the team.
• Lead a team and coach for proactive financial solutions.
• Develop integrated book of business by assigning clients to bankers for ongoing support.
• Foster a One Bank culture and cross-partner collaboration.
• Participate in community and corporate initiatives.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Conduct and ethics.
