Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.

• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding roadmap and required certifications.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Develop and execute an integrated book of business strategy with proactive support.
