Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment time through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources.
• Apply consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments to the best banker.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate One Bank culture and collaboration with partners.
• Engage in community service activities.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
