• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Develop relationships with consumers and small businesses to deepen wallet share.
• Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources.
• Execute consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessments (FNA).
• Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values and One Bank culture.
• Cultivate a collaborative One Bank approach with partners.
• Participate in community activities.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
