Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through memorable service.
• Know Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment for customers across channels.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold codes of conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
