Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships by delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative selling to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) for customers.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and One Bank culture.
• Participate in community initiatives and uphold the Bancorp Code of Conduct.
