Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding and training roadmap.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster One Bank collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Model ethical behavior per Bancorp Code and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
