Qualifikationen

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information; sound decision making.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration via the NMLS (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org).

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to support the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Build an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment and best banker allocation.
