Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate in Mount Pleasant, SC to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management. The program prepares candidates for a Financial Center Manager role.

After completion, you will lead a financial center, deepen customer relationships, and apply a consultative sales approach to meet client needs while upholding Fifth

Qualifications

College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
Exhibits business acumen and sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, and processes to guide the team.
Lead consultative sales to identify client needs and propose solutions.
Develop an integrated book of business with a proactive support strategy.
