Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through memorable service.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third's products, processes and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a proactive, needs-based approach.
• Coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to support One Bank culture and community initiatives.
