Mid Penn Bank seeks a Financial Center Assistant Manager to oversee the Middletown, PA location and supervise daily operations. The role is part of the Sales and Service team and collaborates with the manager to set and achieve sales and performance goals.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong security controls. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualificações

• Two years of related work experience or specialized financial education/training.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS licensing for residential real estate loans.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily financial center operations and compliance with policies.
• Educates staff on procedures and ensures sound business practices.
• Manage resources (cash, staffing) to support customer needs.
• Lead sales goals and service excellence with the office team.
• Supervise employees, manage schedules, and provide guidance.
