Mid Penn Bank is hiring a Financial Center Assistant Manager in Middletown, PA to supervise daily operations and lead a customer-focused team. The role works with the manager to set and achieve sales and service objectives.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of related experience or financial training, plus supervisory and strong customer-service skills. Notary experience and NMLS eligibility are a plus, with flexibility to meet operating needs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related work experience or equivalent financial education/training.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration for residential real estate loans.
• Flexible schedule to meet operating needs.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily financial center operations and ensures policy compliance.
• Educates staff on procedures; ensures audits and regulatory compliance.
• Assists customers with deposits, loans, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partners with the manager to set sales/service goals and achieve them.
• Manages staff schedules, assigns work, and monitors performance.
