Mid Penn Bank seeks a Financial Center Assistant Manager in Middletown, PA. The role entails supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service while driving sales goals at the Middletown location.

The position requires at least two years of related experience, an associate degree (preferred), and potential notary/NMLS eligibility. A flexible schedule is required to meet operating needs.

Qualificações

• Two (2) years of related work experience or specialized financial education and training.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• An Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS) for residential real estate loans.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operating needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and ensures the financial center operates in compliance with policies and procedures for deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and security operations.
• Assists customers with deposits, loans, and cross-sell opportunities; refers to other lines of business when appropriate.
• Partners with the manager to set sales and service goals and lead the team to achieve them.
• Supervises employees, manages schedules, assigns work, and maintains high standards of customer service.
